You have little cont: We have little control over our metabolism. So eat healthy, keeping in mind a balanced meal which is nutritious and well balanced in terms of proteins, cartbs and low on saturated fats. In general plant based foods(grains, veggies and fruits) are the most healthful foods we should consume. But proteins are essential too. For a good dose of protiens, eat, fish, eggs, nuts and drink low fat milk/yo.
