High Uric acid foods: Crystals in the urine has little clinical significance and can be seen normally. High uric acid diets such as organ meat, mushrooms, berries etc can cause high uric acid levels in blood which is then excreted in the urine and sometimes uric acid crystals can be seen on urine microscopy.
