Exercise & eat more!: Exercise in brief spurts throughout the day. Can be as simple as running up a few flight. Jumping jacks, etc. Eat smaller portions of food at meals, and several modest smacks in between. Protein trumps starch. And of course your regular exercise sessions 30m x3/wk. Try weights. Muscle burns more calories at rest!
