I'm a thin person, and i eat a normal amount of food. i think my metabolism is in overdrive. even though i exercise, i can't seem to gain weight.

How do you feel?: Talk about 'metabolism' is mostly subscientific. Are you trying to gain muscle or fat? To gain muscle, you need to do resistance training, supplementing with creatine will probably help, and your genetics determines how fast and how much you gain. You have no reason to want to gain fat. Your body will adjust to your best weight as you pursue the sports you enjoy. Most women prefer a slender man.
