Side effects: Nausea, headache, dizziness and rare allergic reactions (rash) are among possible side effects to the contrast material. consult your Dr if symptoms are severe or do not show gradual improvement

Yes: A person can feel dizzy after a test, such as MRI for different reasons, among which the most common would be the reason or suspected condition for which they underwent the MRI and/or mild dehydration/ hypoglycemia. The test itself or the contrast may cause above symptom, but is not as likely to be the cause for the dizziness.
