Mri with contrast of brain and neck all normal (3 weeks ago). i have developed a dizzy feeling in the afternoons . pain is located on left hand side of head (temple, jax, ear) and now have a fullness feeling arose face(nasal area). any ideas ?

Migraine might fit the dizziness, focal headache, and facial sensations, but would rule out jaw (TMJ), dental, focal sinus as other possible explanations. In your case, would start with a dentist, neurologist later if dental evaluation is nonproductive.
