Im 18 i already got 3 echocardiograms done with bunch of ecgs and heart monitor and they are all normal except there are a bit of pvcs i did all blood tests and mri i still feel fast heart rate when walking and feel dizzy and get brain zaps?

It appears that your symptoms are likely not related to your heart-assuming you had an episode of symptoms while the heart monitor was in place. You should see a lung doctor to find out if your symptoms are related to your lungs. There are tests that you would need-CT scan of the chest, pulmonary function testing, etc. So, see a pulmonologist. Good luck!

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
