Would a brain mri without contrast show a tumor? recently had mri (says whole brain and iac) for dizziness and ear pressure and results said everything is fine. worried a tumor was missed elsewhere in brain?

Your study is clearly reassuring. Any mass large enough to cause symptoms would readily be seen. BUT, since you have misgivings, have your doctors review your films with you to cover all the bases
