Make up your mind: You need to have a determination to lose weight. It is more of a behavior control and will power than anything else. You should get into a daily discipline to eat less and exercise more.....And the weight loss will follow. You just have to be persistent and keep your patience. It is a long term discipline and change of habbits which will lead to success.
