Sensible Weight Loss: Ofthe the most effective way to lose weight is to cut back on how much you eat rather than drastically trying to change your diet. Trade 1 soda a day for water, or eat fruit for dessert instead of cake. Also moderate exercise (park a little further away so you have to walk or climb the steps instead of using an elevator) can also have a big impact. Small changes are easier to make & keep doing.
