Any advice on how to lose face and neck fat? im skinny everywhere but my face. ive tried reducing sodium, eating well, exercising, and facial exercises. nothing seems to work. im already nearly underweight so losing weight didnt help.

See pediatrician: Make sure you see your pediatrician in the process. Eating a well balanced diet, outdoors activities with plenty of sun exposure and physical exercise are good habits. Facial features might still change and remain likely close to some of your parents.
