I have been eating right. i work out 5 days a week. but i am not losing weight anymore. it's been more than 2 months now. i eat about 1300- 1350 cal. am i eating more than what's required? i am 25, 143.3 lbs and 5'3". i am losing motivation. help!!!

Most likely yes: It is impossible to lose weight if a normal person takes in more calories than she uses up each day. The extra calories are stored in the body. A person with a medical disorder can gain a lot of weight if that disorder causes water to build up in her body. A person training a lot to grow muscle bulk can gain muscle weight. Otherwise, normal people always lose weight when they eat less than needed.
