High LDL: This is probably genetic as your diet seems excellent but reexamine it to determine whether you are ingesting saturated fats or transfats inadvertently. You don't state what your HDL or triglycerides are. Your HDL should be at least 55 and, if not, take omega 3 fish oil. If triglycerides are over 150, reduce sweets and starches. Eat more fiber and exercise regularly.
