Im 26, 56 & about 145 my bp is normal, entire lipid panel normal except for ldl cholesterol is 111 should i be concerned about this? do i need to majorly change my diet or just make some tweaks & exercise more?

The lower your LDL cholesterol is the better. And EARLIER. Most calculators and treatment recommendations are on 10 year horizons when lipids have been accumulating in arteries for years. While 111 is not particularly "high", studies show below 70 would be remarkably beneficial. Consider having an apoB done and transitioning to more whole foods in your diet, particularly less refined carbs.
