Can't say much: From the little information provided little can be assessed. The blood count is inconclusive. This is unrelated to mono from 3 years ago but there is more than one agent that can cause a mono like illness. Assessment would require a full history ,exam and additional testing to begin to sort this out. Consult with her doc for more information.

White blood cell count 9. Wbc diff test : dif seg neut 85, neutrophil 7.8, lymph % 9, mono 0, eosinophil 0. I have dm. What does this mean?

3cbc's w/ diff in past year. WBC regularly 14-14.2, neutrophil absolute@ 10.29, mono absolute 0.85-1.2. No sign infection, but extreme fatigue. Help?
