Seems unlklely: The degree of decrease in the WBC would be of interest. This is a presentation of leukemia, but other things much higher on the list, especially if HGB and PLT normal. Vit d may be related to the stress fracture, but not the change in wbc.

Likely not: Leukemia usually presents with higher than normal white count with other symptoms - fatigue, weakness, night sweats, weight loss, loss of appetite. Check your previous white cell count. If you had a past low white count, then that's your baseline. Don't be alarmed!

I recently had a fasting blood test and was told I had a low white blood cell count. I also had a vitamin d deficiency. What does this mean?
I did full blood test , wbc is at 3.7 and neutrophils is at 1.7 . Last year in October I took it wbc was at 4.4 and neutrophils 2.2 Vitamin b12 was at 112 last year now its 95 . Are these normal should I be worried ?
