Had ongoing dirrehea for weeks .blood tests reveal heamoglobin 128 . heamotocrit 36. rbc 4.26 rdw 12.3 mcv 85.4 mch 30 platelets 249. are any of these worrying ? test being repeated due to high neutrophils and wbc being 12.9?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of the values you reported is a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
