3cbc's w/ diff in past year. wbc regularly 14-14.2, neutrophil absolute@ 10.29, mono absolute 0.85-1.2. no sign infection, but extreme fatigue. help?

Need more info: Fatigue has a vast differential... It can be caused by emotional stress, vitamin imbalance, history of mono, or chronic infection or disease. To better help we would need a detailed history and all labs done to evaluate.
