Possible: Antibody levels do change. They start out low, increase and could reach levels to cause prozone phenomenon and then drop with time. If prozone is a concern, your laboratory can make dilutions of the sample to address this issue. You may wish to talk to the pathologist in-charge of the lab that did the tests.
