A member asked:

A little cloudy on my test: what a does a syphilis rpr (dx) w/refl titer and confirmatory testing measure? they also gave me an antibody test at 14 weeks. both tests were negative. does it rule out syphilis at 14 weeks? conclusive?

The second part of the test (reflex titer and confirmatory testing) is only done when the screening RPR is positive. Your last test result was negative at 14 weeks (after 3 months) then you should be fine. I answered your question yesterday but I guess you want to make sure. Please practice safe sex so you do not have to have these concerns in the future. Take care.
