What is a nonhealing persistent 1 cm tip of tongue ulcer(persistent for more than 1 year)and is very painful.no cancer risk factors at all.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. A non-healing painful ulcer lasting a year may need to be excised and the tissue submitted to a pathologist for examination.
