Mouth: Sounds like aphthous ulcer, but check with dentist or ENT most helpful.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. A non-healing ulcer lasting a year may need to be excised and tissue sent to a pathologist for proper diagnosis.
