Honest answer plz.u as docs,how likely 1 year old painful tongue sore(not white,not increasng size)be cancer?no risk factors at all.plz straigtforward

Unlikely: An ulcer that has not increased in size in a year is unlikely to be cancer. However, a painful lesion lasting a year is too long to ignore and you should see a doctor so that you do not have to endure the pain.
