Maybe/not: The range of normal respiratory rate for a 1 yo can include this value & any fever pushes it up by 5 /min/degree F. The bacterial pneumonia most common in a 1 yo are not that easy to spread & 1st line treatment would be the amoxicillin anyway. If the kids breathing interferes with taking fluids or sleeping I would consider having a re-check. If she's settled you can monitor/wait.
