About 5 years old son has been given amoxicillin for ear infection but doesnt want to take it. what are other options? injection may be?

Yes.. but....: To get adequate coverage by injection would require several big volume injections given into the bottom over several days. When offered this alternative a 5 yo can often be motivated to try the regular oral med. It can be flavored, like taking it with honey to disguise any taste problem.
