No supplements.: Gaining muscle mass is very hard work! You must do resistance training for hours 5-6 days a week. Supplements make no difference. With your current training as you cut the body fat, your muscles will show and will be pumped after the workout for a time. A great out of print book is Weight training for Athletes by Arnold Schwarzenegger, you may find it on used book sites. He says no supplements!
