More calories.: You probably need more calories to build bulk. To lose fat, cut back on refined carbohydrates and sugar. No bread, cookies, cakes etc.. Eat nutrient/protein dense foods like lean meats, chicken, fish. Eat healthy fats like those found in walnuts, avocados, olive oil.
