No pros: In a healthy 19 yo male without testosterone insufficiency, there is no pro but cons for taking testosterone though it may produce transient increase in muscle mass. What you may end up would be shrunken testes , acnes, aggressive behavior and even hair loss in exchange for a few bulking muscles. The adverse impact on your blood lipids is another potential problem. Don't do it.

Don't do ir: Nonprescription "supplements" are placebos. Real anabolic steroids puff your nipples and shrink your testes and folks know you cheated. You are asking for awful mood swings. Most women recognize and prefer natural muscle. I have been around gyms for decades and ordinary guys who try this stuff have usually said they are sorry. You will look and feel better without. Glad you are lifting.

Supplement facts: Supplements are by law, exempt from review by the Feds and do not have to live up to or prove their claims to be sold. They do often boste pre-testosterone chemicals in the blood but do not create testosterone. They can increase your acne and shrink your testis as a side effect. You want to use them, take at your own risk, but don't say you weren't warned.
