Too much: Your ideal weight is probably 125-135 pounds depending upon bone structure. Unless you have a very strenuous occupation, you should be taking in about 1200-1500 calories per day in an effort to lose weight. I recommend one visit with a dietitian at your hospital for proper dietary advice and to determine your ideal weight and daily calorie recommendations. Your eating habits will be critiqued also
