Weight loss: We all have different metabolisms. Please see your doc to make sure all is well medically, thyroid and other hormones, etc. Please ask him/her about a low carb and higher protein food plan. That works well for many people. Medical supervision or a licensed nutritionist is best. Please keep number on scale secondary to being a person who treats others the way she would like to be treated.
