Depends: I do not know UR age. If you want to lose weight 1200-1500. If you R skinny 1500-2000 should be sufficient(if you R average height and size). Adjust to keep weight constant (unless loosing or gaining desired). Important to realize that if you eat too little your body will conserve burning calories and make you fatigued. Still need a balanced diet and some exercise daily, At least keep active.

Depends: Ideal calorie intake is predicated on your body weight and your average daily expenditure of energy. A sedentary person will need less calories than a very physically active one. If you're not overweight and are not very physically active you can maintain your present weight with about 1200-1600 calories per day. This is just a guideline and a dietician who interviews you can advise you best.

Calorie intake : Calorie intake depends not just on age but on lifestyle , height , weight etc . Sedentary people need less calories than active people. https://health.gov/dietaryguidelines/2015/guidelines/appendix-2/
