Im 55 150lbs at the end of the day. i want to get back down to my normal weight of 120-125. ive stopped eating after 5 and am trying to do light exercises. how many calories should i aim to lose per day? not sure how many i eat exactly?

A pound is the equivalent of 3000 calories. If you reduce your baseline intake by 100 calories/day you will gradually lose 1 pound/month, 200/day, 2 pounds/month and so on. Gradual weight loss through diet modification is more likely to be maintained long term. If you can pick out some high calorie items to eliminate or substitute with low calorie items this may help.
