Diet and Exercise: The goal is to burn more calories than you consume. Watch your diet; eliminate junk food and don't over-eat. Consider liquids as well; soda, alcohol, etc... contain many calories. Exercise multiple times a week. If you find an activity you really enjoy you'll be more likely to engage in that activity. Avoid fad diets that could prevent you from getting adequate nutrition. Make healthy choices!

Weight loss: Please seek the guidance of your doctor or a nutritionist. Ask about the Ketogenic diet, which burns fat for fuel rather than sugar. So, good fat such as coconut oil, olive oil, avacado, etc. and low on the junk carbs can be effective. Slow and steady is the way to go. Your health and well being are more important than the number on the scale or what you think others think. Peace&good health.
