No, see a doc.: You don't say what kind of diet you are on. You may be missing some essential nutrients, causing your symptoms, like anemia. You may have a thyroid hormone imbalance. Please see your PCP, or get one, for an exam & appropriate testing. If you don't have insurance, your local health department can do basic lab tests or refer you for low cost or free medical care.
