Lack of fuel: Yes, it can, you don't get enough calories to keep you warm, talk to your doctor/ dietician about it, you may need more carbohydrates/fats, good luck

No, see a doc.: You don't say what kind of diet you are on. You may be missing some essential nutrients, causing your symptoms, like anemia. You may have a thyroid hormone imbalance. Please see your PCP, or get one, for an exam & appropriate testing. If you don't have insurance, your local health department can do basic lab tests or refer you for low cost or free medical care. Congratulations on your weight loss
