Losing Weight: I am trying to imagine what your health situation is. Good and effective weight loss requires some simple things: calorie control and good regular physical activity. But, if you cannot exercise then good strict diet control with a high protein, low carb diet is a start. Bariatric surgery is also a way to lose weight without exercise. But, exercise is so vital for heart health and skin health.
