Depends how much: It is typically not healthy or sustainable to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week. So, I would not recommend trying to lose more than 8 pounds in a month (10 pounds maximum). That said, weight loss is typically a function of burning more calories than you consume (easier said than done for most). Try making one small change in your diet and one small change in your exercise routine as a start.
