Depends how much: It is typically not healthy or sustainable to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week. So, I would not recommend trying to lose more than 8 pounds in a month (10 pounds maximum). That said, weight loss is typically a function of burning more calories than you consume (easier said than done for most).
