Possible ulcer: I would make an appt with your Dr as soon as possible based on your history. It’s possible that you may have some bleeding in the stomach causing the black stools, which can cause anemia which can cause the spinning sensation. You should ask for a Complete Blood Count and stool guaiac test and TSH due to hypothyroidism. Don’t delay, as I always say, it’s better to be safe than sorry!!!
