Lymph nodes: Swollen lymph nodes related to acute infection may last 1-2 weeks. If swollen lymph glands persists more than 3-4 weeks- needs to be evaluated further. In hashimoto's -symptoms of hypothyroidism usually would be the most common presentation- not so much presented with swollen lymph glands. Swollen lymph gland in nhl will depend on the agressiveness of the nhl. In agressive nhl, it can be rapid.
