Stomach ulcer like symptoms past 3 years when i eat or don't eat. blood work normal but ct scan came back w/ multiple enlarged periaortic lymph nodes?

Enlarged lymph nodes: There are many causes for enlarged para aortic lymph nodes. Depending on the size and location different etiologies should be considered. The possibility of malignant lymph nodes must be considered. Correlation with blood tests, physical exam and possible biopsy or pet scan should be considered.
