I have had headaches, severe fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, and mouth ulcers for over a month now. i just don't feel right, what could be going on?

Need tests: It probably needs a thorough evaluation including doing some blood tests which would look for infections, inflammatory conditions, or connective tissue disorders. Would recommend you see your Primary Care and do tests to include check antibodies, inflammatory markers, thyroids tests and the like to rule out some of the conditions that can cause signs and symptoms you mention.
