Bacterial overgrowth: You give the symptoms of bacterial overgrowth syndrome which is a form of irritable bowel syndrome. The cause of this is a prior intestinal infection of any kind. You need to test for bacterial overgrowth syndrome. Less likely to be an ulcer. Avoid gas producing foods like onions. Avoid spicy foods. Take lactobacillus in pill form daily. Other probiotics could worsen problem. Follow up with GI MD.
