Might be: Acute HIV syndromes can have several presentations, including looking like meningitis, but the most common is like infectious mononucleosis, with fever, swollen lymph nodes, malaise. If you are asking how HIV can present after you have had it many years asymptomatically, that is a subject for a large volume of information. If you are concerned, please get tested. Early treatment is best.
