Evening: Your breakfast is the important meal, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dinner like a pauper. Most people arent active after dinner and dont need the large calorie meals they eat. It ends up being stored as fat especially when not active. That would be a good time for a low calorie meal plan.
