No problem: It's all about how many calories you consume. Depending on your diet plan, this should be anywhere from 1200-2000 calories a day. It's perfectly okay to get them all at the same time, or to spread them out. Some people say that several small meals help you lose weight faster, but if it works for you it's fine.
