My symptoms start with pressure in the ears.vthen i start feeling dizzy. then nuasea then fast heart beat and acrise in blood pressure. this goes away after a while and pressure goes back to normal. it occurs at leazt once a weak. please advise

Orthostasis ?: If this happens as a result of change in position, such as standing up or sitting up from a lying down position, you need to see a Cardiologist. If it is a stress response, such as when you feel anxious, you need to explore your feelings with a psychologist to reduce stressful activity in your life
