Depends: Depends on the circumstance, the seriousness of the injury, and the overall treatment plan. Loose teeth are generally splinted for about 6 weeks. Teeth that have to be repositioned will be in braces for many months. If tooth is devitalized root canal treatment or extraction may be required. Discuss this with your treating Dentist.
