See orthodontist: Within a week, the orthodontist has it under control. They may possibly want to put in a permanent retainer to avoid shifting or movement. What is the status of the third molars were they addressed to avoid any future movement if they were impacted.

Yes: Retainers were made to the poisons your teeth were in the day of debone. Assuming you wear them exactly as directed you should be OK.
