When diagnosing LVH(iVSd size) which echo IVSd measurement is more accurate:2D or M-mode and at what lowest size in cm IVSd has to be to diagnose LVH
My echo says the following: " there is lvh with diastolic dysfunction and 57% lv ef. There is inferior wall hypokinesis ". What does this mean ?
