Suggests: That heart muscle is thickened and doesn't relax normally (usually due to htn) wall motion abnormality suggests old myocardial injury. Recommend you talk to a cardiologist for further information & management. Ef of 57% means overall systolic function is preserved despite rwma.

Explanation: Lvh left ventricular hypertrophy which is thickening of the heart muscle wall. Diastolic dysfunction.. There is systole which is the squeezing phase and diastolic which is the relaxing phase. Lvef left ventricular, ejection fraction is a calculation of heart squeeze 55-65%!is in the normal range at 57% the bottom heart wall is called inferior and the hypokinesis is a part not the best squeeze.
