A member asked:

I had an echo and it says that i have tachycardia, grade i diastolic dysfunction and concentric lvh. is there anything serious? what does this mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

At 19?: This is distinctly abnormal for a 19 year old - are you sure you didn't read your parents' report? This would be a common report in a 50 year old or older and wouldn't be a cause for concern at that age other than to be sure the BP is well controlled. It should not be present in a teenager.
